In partnership with Startupbootcamp IoT | Connected Devices – a three-month acceleration program focused on the development of startups with a Connected Device in either Consumer or Industrial IoT – the IoT Innovation Accelerator gives start-ups the chance to showcase their IoT product or idea to a room full of IoT experts, potential customers and investors from across the globe.
HOW IT WORKS
Each innovator will have 5 minutes to speed-pitch their product or idea and then take questions from our panel of judges. The company with the most promising solution will win a free POD exhibition space at 5G world 2017 and will be promoted as the winner on the 5G World Summit post show reports and blogs. Entrants will also receive a premium, access-all-areas pass to 5G World, including access to the conference, exhibition areas and exclusive VIP services.

Microsys Lab (ULg)
MICROSYS is a laboratory of the University of Liege, part of EMMI (Electronics, Microsystems, Measurements and Instrumentation).
Microsys laboratory was created in 2007 with the support of Walloon Government and European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Microsys performs innovative research in following areas:
- Research on autonomous, wireless, energy harvesting and scavenger system,
- Exploratory R&D in the field of microsystem and organic electronic packaging
The Microsys team consists of 10 skillful members; among of them 8 are highly educated researchers (including 2 professors and 2 Ph.D. scientists).
Microsys offers 200 m² clean room certified ISO 7 (Class 10,000) and many facilities for the production and characterization of microsystems.
Fhoss Technolgy Ltd
Fhoss Technolgy Ltd is a UK based manufacturer and supplier. Fhoss was Established in 2008 and since then has created an interest in its award winning light emitting reflective tape which is now being used in all professional environments where the use of Hi visibility garments is often mandatory.
Fhoss has developed and patented a revolutionary, light emitting prismatic tape that improves visibility and safety in working environments . Our technology works by using high quality reflective tape combined with a rechargeable powered illuminated core, which actively emits light. Products in our range are particularly beneficial for use in areas where there is little or no ambient light, as well as bad weather conditions when visibility is poor. A high demand for our for our products is due to the ever increasing health and safety legislations.
FHOSS is the Greek word for LIGHT and we have taken inspiration from the Greek saying “ Where there is light , there is life” At Fhoss we are dedicated to delivering a high end range of wearable technology safety products and believe that personal safety should always come first
Since 2008 we at Fhoss have continued to develop further interest in our technology and have grown from strength to strength in sales and awards. We are now selling globally and are continuing to broaden our product ranges and sectors.

Cloudino is an amazing full stack IoT Platform, that provides all necessary components to transform the existing infrastructure to the IoT world in a simple and transparent way. Cloudino was set to be a spin-off of a research project developed and maintained by INFOTEC.
INFOTEC is a public research centre attached to the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT) of Mexico. As a public centre for innovation and technological development, INFOTEC contributes in competitiveness projects of government and institutions, that involved in the incursion of Mexico in the information and knowledge society through the strategic use of the information technologies and communications (ICT). INFOTEC provide consulting services, develop products and technology solutions for public and private sector, provide excellence human capital in the strategic use of ICT; performs applied research on issues related to the development of the Internet, new technologies, e-government, among others.
